There may be extra charges on your rent to cover for expenses paid by the Corporation.  For example, if you rent parking space, you will be charged $10 per parking each month - OR - if you own an air conditioning unit and using more energy in the summer, you will be charged an extra $5 per month on your rent.  There are also extra charges for utilities, depending on the number of bedrooms you have in your apartment.  To have more information on the extra charges you have to pay, please call the Manager or his/her secretary at 372-1404 or meet him/her at the Corporation's office at 810 George St.
