Where there is enough parking spaces, you can rent up to 2 parking spaces.  These parking spaces are for your household only.  Your visitors or other family members have to park in the visitors parking at the end of the complex or on the street if you are living at Brisson Boulevard or St. Paul's Court.  Your visitors can not park in other tenants' parking spaces in any circumstances. You have to make arrangements with the Manager to rent more than one parking space. A $10 charge will be added to your monthly rent for each parking space your rent.
